I am so glad that I never got into the AT&T fold as a customer. Their approach to customer service is to hit subscribers with a hammer and nail and not addressing their needs as a service provider. They bitch about the iPhone clogging up their pipes, when it was their decision to hop on the newest must-have device and now they’re pissed because it was so successful (ie: clogging their network). Sorry assholes, you either provide a pipeline for the services that your customers want or you don’t. You don’t get it both ways forever and your day is sure as hell coming. Dicking your customers via throttling, failing to address customer issues, and turning on your customers when they (rightly) try to contact an executive to lodge a legitimate complaint. Wow. Just where I want to be as a wireless customer. Good luck AT&T, you’re going to need it. (thank to Engadget for the article included in the link above.
